Classes September - December 2008
All classes are held at CCLF, Milton Road.
Class times:
Autumn Term 2008: 8 September - 12 December (There will be no classes on Monday the 22 and Tuesday 23 September or during half term, between 27 - 31 October)
Spring Term 2009: 5 January - 3 April (There will be no classes during half term, between 16 - 20 February)
Summer Term 2009: 20 April - 24 July (There will be no classes on the 21 April, the 4th May or during half term, between 25 - 29 May)

Autumn Term:
You can join our classes at any time, but please contact us beforehand to find out which class you will be most suited to. Call 01223 566166 or email us to join. Bring a rug or a mat to lie on and wear comfortable loose clothing - trousers preferred.
