Classes - Spring 2010

All classes are held at CCLF, Milton Road.

Spring term class times:

Monday
20.00 - 21.00
(starts Monday, January 25th)

Tuesday
18.45 - 19.45
(starts Tuesday, January 26th)

Wednesday
14.00 - 15.00
(starts Wednesday, January 27th)

Prices:

Tryout lesson free!
£7 for single sessions.
£6.50 per session if you book for half a term (normally 6 classes).
£6 per session if you book for a whole term (normally 12 classes).

You can join our classes at any time, but please contact us beforehand to find out which class you will be most suited to. Call 01223 566166 or email us to join.

Bring a rug or a mat to lie on and wear comfortable loose clothing - trousers preferred.
