Feldenkrais Classes

All classes are held at CCLF, Milton Road.

Special August Holiday classes:

Monday August 8th, 15th and 22nd at 20.00.

Autumn Term 2011 classes:

12th September - 17th December
Half Term: 24th - 28th October

Monday: 20.00 - 21.00
Tuesday: 18.45 - 19.45
Wednesday: 14.00 - 15.00

Spring Term 2012 classes:

9th January - 31st March
Half Term: 13th - 17th February

Monday: 20.00 - 21.00
Tuesday: 18.45 - 19.45
Wednesday: 14.00 - 15.00

Summer Term 2012 classes:

18th April - 29th July
Half Term: 4th - 8th June

Monday: 20.00 - 21.00
Tuesday: 18.45 - 19.45
Wednesday: 14.00 - 15.00

Prices:

Tryout lesson free!
£7 for single sessions.
£6.50 per session if you book for half a term (normally 6 classes).
£6 per session if you book for a whole term (normally 12 classes).

You can join our classes at any time, but please contact us beforehand to find out which class you will be most suited to. Call 01223 566166 or email us to join.

Bring a rug or a mat to lie on and wear comfortable loose clothing - trousers preferred.
